Our new year has gone off with a bang as Year 8 enjoyed Gothic Day on Thursday. They enjoyed a reading of ‘The Raven’, did a quiz on Frankenstein, completed workshops on things such as Pathetic Fallacy, Foreboding, Setting and Character, and some people even joined the staff in dressing up in Gothic Costumes for the day.

A huge thanks go to the English Department for another successful and memorable Gothic Day.
